Yes! All sessions are completely confidential. I deeply respect your time, process and courage involved in our sessions.

Ultimately most of my services are centered around the soul, spirit and mindfulness practices, but how you define that is up to you. Higher Power. God. True Self. Universe. Spirit. You get the idea. The goal is to help you connect to the animating force within all living things and yourself.

Therapy is a valuable tool that should not be replaced if needed. Soul Coaching, Enneagram Coaching and Spiritual Direction is aimed at personal growth, spiritual depth and self-awareness. These modalities can work wonderfully together, but should never replace traditional therapy.
